Development

At the last Stafford Rangers Junior managers meeting 15/02/07 suggestions were welcomed on how to improve the club.Please send an e-mail on  gkroll55@aol.com  so that all new ideas can be discussed.

Idea 1- Stafford Rangers JFC should have a library of resources to be loaned out to the coaches and managers (Ger)

Idea 2- To help with the future development of the club there could be a second Saturday morning club (maybe at John Wheeldon to attract the Army lads).This then helps give us the first friendlies as well as having a wider local appeal.(Ger)

Idea 3- Stafford Rangers to host a 6-a -side competition during the two weeks our club is allowed on the pitch at the end of the season(Dan)

Idea 4- All clubs should set up a direct debit system to collect training and match fees.Benefits would than be that you get the money without hassling the manager,It is collected even if people do not attend training or matches and makes life very simple for future F.A. funds auditing(Ger)

Idea 5- Schools are encouraged to promote leadership and coaching to their pupils e.g. JSLA and Junior Football Organisers. The club needs to tap into this so as to get helpers at training maybe for specialist drills or players i.e.goalkeepers(Ger)

Idea 6- There should be a set date in the calendar for the clubs presentation night e.g. the second Friday in May (Ger)

Idea 7-All trophies should be ordered through the club and not individual managers to take advantage of bulk buying offers(Ger)

Ideas 8- Richard Ellis and Dan brought a whole range of ideas to the table which need further discussion i.e.their handout
