Under 12s Rangers Tour

North Devon Trophy Tournament 1-4 May 2009

Dear Parents,

Our tour to Woolacoombe will soon be upon us so we need to start collecting the funds to pay for our end of season trip to the English Riviera. The club representatives have decided that this season we will contribute £50.00 per player attending the tour; therefore all players will only cost £29.00 with all other places at £79.00.

The £79.00 is based on a four birth caravan with any under occupancy charged at an additional £14.00 per bed per night so please try to keep the caravans full to save on additional charges. I will speak to small groups to try and accommodate all and avoid more expense.

I will start collecting anytime from receipt of this letter so please come and see me with your cash/cheques and I will complete the booking. Please can I ask that all payments are made by 20 March?
