Stafford Rangers Girls 1 – 3 Langdale Ladies
Having previously lost by double figures to the league champions, this game was a benchmark on the progress made by Rangers. Next season when competing against their own age group, they should be in the hunt for honours. Ella Davies, an outstanding midfielder, volunteered to take the goalkeeper’s jersey and earned great praise for her performance. Top goalscorer, Reanne Barnes-Davis, was applauded by both sets of supporters when she went on a 30 yard run, beat two defenders and wrong footed a third to volley the ball into the right side of the goal. The Langdale attack was kept under control by captain Kelly Nevard, Vicky Kearns, Millie Powell and Sally Ward.

Stafford Rangers 2 - 1 Brereton Social (Under 14 County Cup)
A place in the semi-final of the County Cup now awaits Rangers after this hard fought quarter final replay.
It was Rowena Campbell of the home side who was to break the deadlock on seven minutes with a tap in after a Brereton defensive mix up. Brereton, a very competitive side, were soon back in the contest with a well placed drive. Early in the second period Brereton looked the more likely to score but against the run of play Charlotte Kearns scored the all important goal. Rangers defended stoutly for the remainder of the game with keeper Claire McIntyre and captain Samantha Lightwood helping the cause. Rangers now meet Bradwell Belles for a final tie against Newcastle Town Girls.

Clayton 9 - 5 Stafford Rangers
Five goals for Rangers was not enough to give them any points against the league newcomer's. In an entertaining display, the goals came from forwards Melissa Muddimer (2), Reanne Barnes Davis (2) and an own goal. Defensive frailties cause concern but with a number of girls still to make their debut, future prospects look good.
